Introducing Our New Signature Class: Semi-Private Group Workout

At my studio, I’ve always believed that Pilates is personal—your body, your goals, your journey. That’s why I’m excited to introduce a brand new way to train that blends the best of private sessions with the energy and support of a small group:

Semi-Private Group Workout.


So, what is it?

It’s not a traditional group class. And it’s not a 1:1 private session either.

This is semi-Private-independent Pilates training—tailored to you, but shared with a small group of other like-minded movers. You’ll arrive, warm up, and move through your own personalised programme with the full studio at your fingertips: Reformer, Mat, Cadillac, Barrels, Chairs and more.


Each participant works through their own progression plan while the teacher guides, adjusts, and supports throughout the room—ensuring quality, safety, and challenge every step of the way.


Did you know?

Through stories told through the Elders, this is how Mr Pilates and some of the Elders used to run their studios! So really, it’s not new, we are just getting back to the roots 😄


Who’s it for?

This format is perfect for those who:

  • Have completed at least 5 private or beginner sessions.

  • Pilates Lovers of All levels

  • For Teachers looking to deepen their work in a fully equipped comprehensive Studio.

  • Are free from acute injury or chronic pain

  • Want to deepen their Pilates practice with more consistency, independence, and structure

Romana Kryzanowska, one of the key figures in the Pilates world, spoke about the five parts of the mind that come into play during practice: intelligence, will & desire, memory, imagination, and intuition. She believed these mental elements were just as important as the physical work—helping us find true control, coordination, and connection in our movement.


Intelligence guided by the will using memory and imagination assisted by intuition.


This style of working out will bring the 5Parts of the mind to life with our key Pilates Principles : concentration, control, centering, precision, breath, and flow.
