Class , continues the series of classes created for those dealing with an issues that requires you to keep your spine straight and avoid forward bending or twisting.
I will lead you through a full mat workout without forward bending or twisting, perfect for anyone with issues like osteoporosis, spinal injury, scoliosis, diastasis recti, or pelvic organ prolapse or abdominal surgery.
With a goal to keep you moving and is a great series to also help combat 21st century life of being hunched over at your PC and commuting.
